Scortati

Album Notes & Community Reviews

As one of the central figures of the Italian new wave movement, the enigmatic singer-songwriter delivered a highly sophisticated and deeply melancholic sophomore record. 'Scortati' is defined by its immaculate, heavily synthesized production mirroring the aesthetics of early Japan or Ultravox, perfectly framing his decadent, David Bowie-esque vocal delivery. The critically acclaimed release cemented his cult status within the European avant-pop landscape.
