Album Notes & Community Reviews

Defined by the colossal, stomping rhythm of 'Rock and Roll Parts 1 and 2,' this debut album provided an essential blueprint for the emergent British glam rock phenomenon. The heavily stylized production, characterized by fuzz-drenched guitars, double-tracked tribal drumming, and overt theatricality, effectively modernized classic 1950s rock structures for a new generation of hedonistic pop consumers.
