Album Notes & Community Reviews
Moving further away from his pioneering cold-wave origins, Gary Numan attempts a heavily produced pivot toward contemporary synth-funk and dance-pop. 'Outland' embraces glossy, early-90s R&B aesthetics and features guest production by Miles Copeland, representing a deeply polarizing era in the electronic artist's extensive discography.
