Album Notes & Community Reviews

The synth-pop pioneer completed his remarkable late-career reinvention by fully embracing the crushing, down-tuned aesthetics of modern industrial rock. Heavily influenced by acts like Nine Inch Nails (who were originally inspired by Numan himself), 'Pure' features intensely dark, mechanical programming and profoundly cynical, anti-religious lyricism.
