Tales of Another

Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Tales of Another' historically marks the first time bassist Gary Peacock recorded with pianist Keith Jarrett and drummer Jack DeJohnette as a trio. This configuration would later become famously known as the Standards Trio in the following decade. The acoustic session focuses on Peacock's original compositions, emphasizing deep improvisational chemistry and fluid post-bop sensibilities.
