Tick Tock
by Gazpacho
Conceptually based on the story of French writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's disastrous plane crash and desert survival in 1935, this album is a stunning example of modern, atmospheric progressive rock. The Norwegian band focuses heavily on building intense, cinematic tension through slow, methodical instrumentation, classical strings, and Jan-Henrik Ohme's soaring vocals. It is widely considered one of the group's absolute masterworks.
