Album Notes & Community Reviews

After struggling to secure a major label contract throughout much of the late 1970s, former Byrds frontman Gene Clark resurfaced with 'Firebyrd'. The album attempts to merge his poetic country-rock roots with contemporary 1980s pop-rock production elements, featuring updated renditions of several classic Byrds compositions alongside his original material.
