Album Notes & Community Reviews

Driven by the virtuosic, heavily distorted lead guitar of Cliff Gallup, this sophomore release captures one of the most frantic and technically proficient ensembles in early rock music. The vocalist's breathless, hiccuping delivery perfectly matches the intense, wildly aggressive rhythm section on tracks pushing the very limits of rockabilly speed. It remains a raw, fiercely influential masterclass in unfiltered, rebellious rock and roll energy.
