Thirty Three & 1/

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Released on his newly established Dark Horse label, this effort finds the former Beatle recovering from a bout of illness with a notably upbeat and melodic collection of pop-rock. The production embraces a warm, soulful sound that distances itself from his heavier, more grandiose early solo works. It features the hit single 'Crackerbox Palace' and showcases a revitalized, playfully introspective songwriter.
