Album Notes & Community Reviews

The notoriously reclusive French singer-songwriter returned with another deeply atmospheric, poetic collection of grandly orchestrated chanson. Expanding upon his reputation as a musical auteur, Manset wraps his distinctively weary vocal delivery in lush, cinematic arrangements that explore themes of travel, solitude, and existential struggle. It remains a sophisticated, immersive entry in his idiosyncratic discography.
