Album Notes & Community Reviews
Maintaining his famously reclusive persona, G茅rard Manset offers a brooding and poetic collection of songs on 'Lumi猫res'. The arrangements incorporate subtle rock elements into traditional French chanson, creating a lonely and pessimistic atmosphere that complements his rich, evocative lyricism. It is a defining mid-career statement from one of France's most enigmatic artists.
