Album Notes & Community Reviews

Featuring the classic hit "Angel Dust", 'Secrets' leans heavily into slick, synthesizer-assisted funk and soul without diluting Scott-Heron's profound street-level poetry. The record tackles substance abuse, geopolitical struggle, and Black American identity over Jackson's remarkably smooth arrangements.
