Album Notes & Community Reviews

Gil Scott-Heron's first album in 16 years (and his last) is a stark, haunting reflection on his life and struggles. Produced by Richard Russell, it features industrial textures and samples that frame Scott-Heron's weathered voice. It is a powerful, uncompromising final statement.
