Album Notes & Community Reviews

Coupling two demanding pieces of the violin repertoire, '"Devil's Trill" Sonata / Sonata in B flat, K. 454' contrasts baroque technical fireworks with classical elegance. The performances navigate both the fiendish double-stops of the Tartini and the structural clarity of the Mozart with rigorous precision.
