Album Notes & Community Reviews
Combining the soaring vocals of the former Deep Purple bassist with the flashy guitar pyrotechnics of the Pat Travers Band alumni, this collaboration is a high-water mark of early 80s melodic rock. The project expertly blends muscular hard rock riffs with heavily synthesized, radio-friendly pop hooks. Despite suffering from a lack of commercial promotion at the time, it is celebrated as a massive cult classic among AOR aficionados.
