Album Notes & Community Reviews
The ever-evolving Salford collective Gnod continues their prolific output with a new archival series, starting with 'Chronicles of Gnowt (Vol 1)'. This volume likely unearths material from the band's vast vaults, showcasing their heavier, drone-focused side. Gnod is known for their shapeshifting sound, which can range from harsh industrial noise to psychedelic krautrock, and this release captures a specific facet of their improvisational power.
