Requiem

Album Notes & Community Reviews

The famously masked, anonymous Swedish collective pivots slightly away from the heavy fuzz of their early records toward a much more acoustic, folk-driven approach to global psychedelia. The album heavily incorporates pan-flutes, acoustic guitars, and tribal hand percussion while maintaining their signature, trance-inducing voodoo-rock aesthetics. It stands as a deeply warm, ritualistic, and highly infectious exploration of world music.
