Album Notes & Community Reviews

'I Am Not This Body' is the first full-length album by God Is My Co-Pilot, the New York duo of vocalist Sharon Topper and guitarist Craig Flanagin, released on the group's own Making of Americans label. Its 34 short songs fuse no wave, hardcore and free improvisation, and the group had built its reputation as regulars at the Knitting Factory before its release.
