Album Notes & Community Reviews
Going Steady's 'Sakura no uta' is a key record of Japanese seishun punk, its fast melodic songs built on themes of youth, school and seasonal change. Vocalist Mineta Kazunobu's earnest delivery defined the genre's emotional register before he formed Ging Nang Boyz.
