Album Notes & Community Reviews

In their final studio configuration, the Madrid-based outfit steered away from the flamenco-rock fusions of their peers to embrace the lush, acoustic traditions of Northern Spain. Melding prominent mellotron sweeps with delicate mandolin and flute interplay, the music evokes the serene, mountainous landscapes of its namesake region. It is widely considered one of the most beautiful and distinct instrumental records of the Spanish progressive era.
