Guitarist Grant Green's debut as a leader for Blue Note Records was recorded alongside organist 'Baby Face' Willette and drummer Ben Dixon. The trio setting foregrounds Green's distinctively crisp, single-line picking style, firmly establishing his signature approach to blues-oriented soul jazz.
