(A Ballad Of) A Peaceful Man

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Refining the heavy, raw edges of their debut, the British quartet's second album leans significantly deeper into melodic, classically inspired symphonic rock. J.D. Hughes' aggressive flute work remains central, but the arrangements now feature sweeping orchestral backings and intricate acoustic guitar passages that rival early Jethro Tull. Housed in a distinct, multi-fold cover, it is a highly prized masterpiece of the Vertigo swirl catalog.
