Album Notes & Community Reviews

Stepping momentarily away from Super Furry Animals, the Welsh songwriter crafts a remarkably sweet and whimsically acoustic solo record. 'Candylion' sings largely in his native tongue, employing toy instruments, subtle electronics, and an unshakeable, childlike optimism that borders on the delightfully absurd.
