Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originally conceived as a biography of Mount Paektu, the Super Furry Animals frontman ultimately crafted a conceptually loose, highly melodic exploration of mythology and historical memory. 'Seeking New Gods' pairs his signature whimsical vocal delivery with lush, brass-laden chamber pop and driving psychedelic rock. The project serves as a sophisticated, thoroughly optimistic addition to his eccentric solo discography.
