Air ni ni

Album Notes & Community Reviews

On the debut album 'Air ni ni', Hakushi Hasegawa presents a dense and eclectic fusion of styles, blending intricate jazz piano and complex chord structures with the frenetic, skittering beats of breakcore and electronic music. The production balances moments of intense, hyper-active passages and dizzying dynamics with accessible J-pop melodies and Hasegawa's airy vocals. This approach creates a sound that is both compositionally elaborate and wildly creative, cementing the album as a significant work of experimental pop.
