Album Notes & Community Reviews

Uniting the iconic, raspy croon of The Walkmen's former frontman with the pristine, orchestral production of Vampire Weekend's founding multi-instrumentalist. The collaborative record is heavily steeped in 1950s doo-wop nostalgia, utilizing acoustic guitars, banjos, and upright pianos to score tales of romantic regret and nostalgic longing. It stands as a brilliant, highly acclaimed triumph for both veteran indie artists.
