Album Notes & Community Reviews
Stepping out from his role as an elite Nashville session musician, guitarist Hank Garland delivers an incredibly sophisticated modern jazz record. Backed by a rhythm section featuring Gary Burton and Joe Morello, Garland's fluid, lightning-fast improvisations proved his mastery extended far beyond the country and rockabilly idioms.
