Album Notes & Community Reviews

The second and final album from the aggressive British power trio delivers a bruising, high-energy blast of heavy rock and boogie. Formed by former members of Atomic Rooster and Quatermass, the band eschewed progressive complexities in favor of raucous, guitar-driven riffs and pounding rhythms. Released on Deep Purple's boutique label, it stands as an uncompromising, muscular artifact of the early 1970s hard rock underground.
