Album Notes & Community Reviews

Commissioned as in-store music for the first MUJI stores and issued as a cassette book under the Japanese title 'Hana ni Mizu', it contains just two long pieces, 'Talking' and 'Growth'. Long forgotten even by Hosono himself, it resurfaced when Vampire Weekend sampled 'Talking' in their song '2021', and Hosono performed it live for the first time in Bali in 2024.
