Album Notes & Community Reviews

Establishing their signature droning, hyper-repetitive cosmic sound, Hawkwind's sophomore album effectively laid the blueprint for the entire space rock genre. 'In Search of Space' is an incredibly hypnotic, deeply atmospheric journey, weaving wonderfully psychedelic synthesizers and intensely driving hard rock riffs into a remarkably progressive, drug-fueled science-fiction epic.
