Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded as a collaborative, home-style effort, 'goblynmarkytt' is the debut full-length album from Chicago alternative outfit Hazel City. The ten-track record blends warm, acoustic-driven indie folk with fuzzed-out slacker rock guitars and dreamy synthesizer washes. Its raw, lo-fi charm captures a serene and melancholic backyard atmosphere, presenting an intimate and unhurried diary of young adulthood.
