Album Notes & Community Reviews
German experimentalists Heiner Goebbels and Alfred Harth construct a dizzying, surreal musical montage on 'Frankfurt - Peking'. The album aggressively splices blistering free jazz improvisation with snippets of classical music, political speeches, and Asian operatic recordings, resulting in a provocative masterpiece of 1980s sound collage.
