Album Notes & Community Reviews

Operating firmly within the European avant-garde metal underground, this Belgian quartet crafts an incredibly dense, challenging, and theatrical record. Driven by Marie Deite's operatic, heavily dramatic vocals, the album relies on dissonant post-metal riffing, erratic time signatures, and overwhelming, sludgy tension. It is a deeply experimental, suffocatingly dark exercise in musical abstraction.
