Operating as a massive double album, the Sacramento duo split the project to showcase their independent musical fixations. Zach Hill's disc is a sprawling, chaotic noise-rock marathon of hyperactive drumming and vocal experiments, while Spencer Seim's half dives deep into dense, 8-bit synthesizer manipulation and frantic chiptune rhythms.
