Album Notes & Community Reviews

Frontman Page Hamilton essentially functioned as the sole original member of Helmet for the abrasive, stripped-down 'Monochrome'. The aggressive album intentionally attempts to recapture the raw, uncompromising stop-start riffing and cynical vocal barks that characterized the band's earliest noise rock recordings.
