Album Notes & Community Reviews

Helmut Lachenmann's 'NUN' and 'Notturno' exemplify his musique concr猫te instrumentale, in which orchestral instruments are played for their noise and resistance as much as their pitch. The works demand a listening focused on texture, silence and physical gesture.
