Album Notes & Community Reviews

Produced by Creed Taylor, 'Glory of Love' finds the prolific flautist seamlessly blending infectious Latin rhythms with the undeniable groove of 60s soul jazz. The lush orchestrations provide a warm, cinematic backdrop for Mann's light, incredibly agile flute improvisations. The session is a definitive example of the highly polished, commercially viable jazz-pop crossover aesthetic championed by the CTI production style.
