Album Notes & Community Reviews

Utilizing a unique instrumentation that frequently pairs the flute with the bass clarinet, the leader crafts an unusually dark and woody sonic texture. The laid-back, blues-inflected improvisations bridge the gap between chamber jazz delicacy and emergent soul-jazz grooves.
