Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Brixton group's debut followed Ice-T's discovery of their single 'Hold No Hostage' on Tim Westwood's Capital Rap Show, which brought a deal with his Rhyme Syndicate label. Built on aggressive, distorted Britcore production and politically charged rap, including 'The Badman Is Robbin'', the album's American release was refused over the group's British accents and hardcore style.
