Album Notes & Community Reviews
Primarily produced by husband Matthew Koma, 'luck... or something' marks a return to a polished pop and pop-rock sound, blending '80s-tinged synth-pop with contemporary production. The album functions as a deeply personal and introspective work, with Duff's songwriting exploring the complexities of adulthood, strained family relationships, and reflections on the past decade of her life and career.
