Album Notes & Community Reviews
Hoelderlin's 'Rare Birds' represents the German band's late-1970s progressive rock phase, shaped by melodic arrangements and polished ensemble playing. The album continues their movement away from early folk-prog roots toward a more streamlined rock presentation.
