Album Notes & Community Reviews
Hoodoo Gurus burst out of the Australian underground with a wildly energetic, highly melodic fusion of B-movie garage rock and infectious power pop. The album is packed with warm, jangle-pop guitars, massive hooks, and Dave Faulkner's distinctively playful, humorous lyricism. 'Stoneage Romeos' established a defining, remarkably bright classic of 80s alternative pop-rock.
