Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded in Sweden with producer Fredrik Nordström, 'Music for the Recently Deceased' became a foundational text for Australian melodic metalcore[cite: 8]. The album infuses the crushing breakdowns and aggressive angst of hardcore with highly technical, Gothenburg-inspired melodic death metal riffing[cite: 8].
