Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following his departure from Mott the Hoople, Ian Hunter explored a more muscular hard rock sound with 'Overnight Angels'. Produced by Roy Thomas Baker, the album incorporates heavy glam rock elements and aggressive guitar work. Although controversial among some long-time fans at the time, it highlights a distinct transitional phase in Hunter's extensive solo career.
