Album Notes & Community Reviews

Continuing his exploration of sleek, highly commercial aesthetics, 'Siamese Friends' finds the former Fairport Convention vocalist fully embracing polished AOR and soft rock. The album features immaculate, synthesizer-kissed production and highly melodic, accessible songwriting that perfectly suited the late-seventies FM dial. It is a prime example of a British folk-rock veteran successfully pivoting to contemporary American-style pop.
