Firon

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Originating from the Salt Lake City straight-edge hardcore scene, this highly ambitious collective completely shattered genre boundaries on their debut album. 'Firon' violently merges churning, metallic post-hardcore aggression with the complex time signatures and improvisational structures of jazz fusion. The sprawling, heavy release established the group as visionary pioneers of the highly technical, progressive metalcore movement.
