Album Notes & Community Reviews

Continuing a highly acclaimed late-career resurgence, the legendary saxophonist and his sprawling ensemble address global climate change and political corruption through joyous, explosive jazz. The project relies on heavily rhythmic, Afrobeat-inspired grooves and deep dub production to back wildly energetic group chants and blazing horn solos. It stands as an immensely powerful, deeply spiritual protest record disguised as an infectious dance album.
