Album Notes & Community Reviews

Deeply inspired by Michel Houellebecq's novel 'The Possibility of an Island', this unexpected solo detour finds the punk icon crooning through French chanson, New Orleans jazz, and sparse blues. Trading his signature aggressive wail for a rich, resonant baritone, the recording highlights a more introspective and literary facet of his artistry.
