Album Notes & Community Reviews

Pivoting away from the acoustic-tinged alternative rock of 'Smoke + Mirrors', the Las Vegas band fully embraces massive, synthesizer-driven electropop. Fueled by colossal, stadium-ready singles like 'Believer' and 'Thunder', the album relies on driving, stomping percussion and Dan Reynolds's aggressively triumphant vocal deliveries. It became one of the defining, most commercially inescapable pop-rock records of the decade.
