Album Notes & Community Reviews

The ninth studio album by the Swedish metal pioneers continues their contentious shift towards modern alternative metal and metalcore aesthetics. While maintaining their signature dual-guitar harmonies, the record heavily emphasizes Anders Frid茅n's clean, angst-ridden vocals and prominent electronic synth arrangements. Despite alienating some fans of their early melodic death metal roots, it achieved massive chart success across Europe and the US.
